    • Feb 07, 2012 · It had been clunking since about 10k. I figured I'd have them look at it in hopes of repairing it while the OEM warranty was still in place. Sure enough, they found slop in the intermediate steering shaft and replaced it under warranty at no charge. The clunk has not returned and I'm now at 44k miles. I suspect it will rear its ugly head very soon.
